Terms and Conditions:

Side by Sides are only allowed. ALL RIDES WILL BE GUIDED. Camping is dry camp. Water is available. You'll be asked to follow the riding rules. Be respectful of other campers, meaning only eatable donuts. This is a family event so no skinny dipping allowed. All crazy drunken campers go to Glamis. All attendees must behave at all times or Guido will escort you off the property...we keep the RZR.

DIRECTION TO THE RANCH:

Coming From San Diego / You make anymore turns other than the Right of the off ramp you'll get lost.
Take 8 East to the Exit 65 Boulevard Campo 94 Exit and go Right (South) off the off ramp.
Go straight for 3.6 miles until you come to a dirt road which will be the Ranch. You'll see signs at the end of the paved road.

Coming From Imperial Valley / You make anymore turns other than the Right of the off ramp you'll get lost.
Take 8 West to the Exit 65 Boulevard Campo 94 Exit and go Left (South) off the off ramp.
Go straight for 3.6 miles until you come to a dirt road which will be the Ranch. You'll see signs at the end of the paved road.

By the purchase of a ticket for this event I understand the following.
1. I may be subject to the risk of my personal safety, death, and/or damage of my property, and I accept these risks.
2. I agree that GMZ Racing Products Inc., Ivan Stewart Motorsports, StarPole Inc., The Mattar Family Trust and all of the company's employees are not liable for any injury and/or damages I sustain while in the company's vehicle or property or while operating my own vehicle.
3. I waive and release GMZ Racing Products Inc., Ivan Stewart Motorsports, StarPole Inc., The Mattar Family Trust and employees for any and all liability for personal injury, death, and/or damage or loss of my personal property occurring during my ride and drive. I also waive and release any claim arising from or related to the negligent act or omission, or alleged negligent act or omission by any member, employee or agent of GMZ Racing Products Inc., Stewart Motorsports, StarPole Inc. and The Mattar Family Trust.
4. I also agree that myself, heirs, executors, administrator and assigns shall indemnity, and hold harmless GMZ Racing Products Inc., Stewart Motorsports, StarPole Inc., The Mattar Family Trust, All members and employees , their sureties, and each one of them, against any and all member of actions, suits, debts, counts, claims, and demands, or damages or liability or expense of every kind and nature, incurred or arising by reason of actual or claimed intentional, deliberate, indifferent, negligent, malfeasance, or wrongful act or omission, arising from related to or as a result of my ride and drive or while accompanying any member or members of Ivan Stewart Motorsports, StarPole Inc. and The Mattar Family Trust during the performance of their duties during my ride and drive.
